Taken in the mid '60's by a friend of my Father. The picture was badly cracked and took hours touching up in Paintshop Pro 7 to get it back into production. A sample of the original cracking is shown here. The completed high definition scan is kept off line because it's 1.5 Mb in size. |

Not taken by me! My wife is looking up my kilt.. Sad! She had seen a photograph like this many years ago and since I was getting married in a kilt, she asked the photographer to re-create the scene. The Bridesmaids, Helen and Nicky, make the photo. I don't think Helen (right hand Bridesmaid) could believe what she was seeing. Place: Grounds of Knowle Parish Church, Knowle, Solihull, England. |

I used to be amazed at long exposure photographs. I took this one of Birmingham, England through the windows of the 23rd floor of Alpha Tower. I asked to get to the roof (27th floor) but was declined by security. They probably thought I was a jumper! It's a 30 second exposure with my Minolta 7000i, 35-80mm at f4.5 and kodak ISO 200 film. |

I had to sell my 911 C4S when I started the business but I never looked back. At £404 per back tyre - and I went through a set in 2,000 miles(!) it was like throwing £50 notes out of the window. However it cornered like it really was on rails.. even in the wet. After it sold, I found one of the few photos I had taken of it. I made a lighting effect come over the roof of the car in Paint Shop Pro 7. So it's a complete cheat really! Taken one morning with bad light and a nasty sky. |

Wendy took this in Cornwall using my Sigma 80-300mm f5.6 lens. The light was crisp and you can almost smell the wind in our hair as Emily and I stand watching a young man fly a kite. I must remember to fish this one out again and re-scan it on a higher resoloution. |

Young kids are fascinated by new things. This is Emily standing in Newquay harbour (Cornwall, England) with the tide out. She's looking at a dead crab Minolta 7000i, 50mm f4 Minolta lens, Jessops "own" film. |

I snapped this on a 35mm lens as I walked past this footpath in France. I just loved the colours, the contrast and the saturation along with the depth it gives the viewer. |

Mevagissey harbour, cornwall. I just love how this old lifeboat is tied up. It was a really dull day too. The sun just popped out for a few seconds to set up the picture. |

Few of my flash photography works! This is the exception. Emily's eyes, for the first time I think have been caught in full colour, normally when she smiles, her eyes almost shut - but I just caught her off guard. A hot day in the playhouse Kodak ISO400 Minolta dedicated Flash Gun (on Fill Flash) and 50mm f4 lens. |

Silverstone, 1999, Kodak ISO400, Sigma 300mm, f5.6, 500ths second. 185 miles per hour! I was about 150 yards from this and had to pan so quickly to keep the car in shot as I snapped away. Shame about the security fencing and stuff - but heck, I was just a spectator! I ran off around 30 exposures and only two came out! |
